   • • Gebruikers word vereis om ’n rekening te skep om inhoud en kenmerke te benut. Jy stem in om akkurate en op-die-hoogte inligting tydens die registrasieproses te verskaf.

   • • Jy ontvang ’n nie-eksklusiewe, nie-oordraagbare lisensie om die dienste wat deur Die Biblioteek aangebied word, vir persoonlike, nie-kommersiële doeleindes te gebruik.
4. Gebruikers Gedrag
   • • Jy stem in om die app of dienste nie vir onwettige doeleindes te misbruik nie. Enige vorm van misbruik, intimidasie of onwettige aktiwiteite is streng verbode, in ooreenstemming met die Suid-Afrikaanse Strafwetgewing en ander relevante wetgewing.
5. Intellektuele Eiendom
   • • Alle inhoud, insluitend e-boeke, logo’s en ontwerpelemente, is die eiendom van Die Biblioteek en is beskerm deur die Suid-Afrikaanse Kopieregwet (No. 98 van 1978).
6. Betaling en Subskripsie
   • • Gebruikers mag nodig hê om vir sekere funksies of subskripsies te betaal. Alle betalings word deur Google Pay verwerk. Terugbetalings is onderhewig aan ons terugbetalingsbeleid.
7. Beëindiging
   • • Ons mag jou toegang tot Die Biblioteek opskort of beëindig as jy hierdie Bepalings en Voorwaardes oortree, in ooreenstemming met die bepalings van die Elektroniese Transaksies Wet en ander toepaslike wetgewing.
8. Wysigings aan Bepalings
   • • Die Biblioteek behou die reg voor om hierdie bepalings enige tyd te wysig. Gebruikers sal van belangrike wysigings ingelig word in ooreenstemming met die Wet op die Beskerming van Konsumenteregte.
9. Beperking van Aanspreeklikheid
   • • Die Biblioteek sal nie aanspreeklik gehou word vir enige skade of verliese wat voortspruit uit die gebruik van die app nie, in ooreenstemming met die Wet op Elektroniese Kommunikasie en Transaksies en die Suid-Afrikaanse Verbruikerbeskermingswet.

Deur toegang tot of gebruik van Die Biblioteek te verkry, bevestig jy dat jy 18 jaar of ouer is.

Die platform is streng bedoel vir volwasse gebruikers, en ons versamel of verwerk nie doelbewus persoonlike inligting van persone onder die ouderdom van 18 jaar nie.
